Free Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the pick-up date are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pick-up date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show (failure to pick-up on the scheduled date), 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Early Return Policy:
If a vehicle is returned before the scheduled drop-off time, a refund may be issued for the unused rental days. However, a one-day rental fee will be deducted as an early return penalty. Refunds are subject to inspection and final approval.

Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2-5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
