Q: Do I need an original Driving License to book a self-drive car?
For legal compliance and insurance purposes, customers opting for Rental, Lease, or Subscription services must hold a valid original Driving License. DigiLocker-issued Driving Licenses are also accepted, provided they are verifiable.
In addition, a valid Aadhaar Card or Passport is required as ID proof.

Q: Is the fuel included in the rental price?
To keep our car rental rates in Gurugram affordable, fuel is not included. We follow a simple “Same-to-Same” policy. If you pick up the car with 40% fuel, simply return it with 40%. You only pay for what you use—no inflated “refueling charges.”
Q: How fast do I get my security deposit refund?
We pride ourselves on speed. While other apps take 7–14 days, we process security deposit refunds within 24 hours of safe vehicle return via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Q: Are there any hidden charges for outstation trips?
No hidden charges. Our cars have an All India Permit. You are free to travel to Manali, Shimla, Jaipur, or Agra. You only need to pay the state entry tax and tolls (FASTag is pre-installed for your convenience).
